Abstract
Procedimiento para hacer oscilar una coquilla de colada continua por medio de una instalación de oscilación, donde la altura de la carrera se ajusta en función de la velocidad de salida de la colada y a velocidad de avance de la coquilla con respecto a la colada, la llamada banda negativa, se introduce medio de fundición líquido o sólido en el intersticio entre coquilla y colada, caracterizado porque para la consecución de un tiempo de banda negativo o positivo, absoluto o porcentual, lo más largo posible, a velocidad constante de fundición, y de un tiempo de banda negativo o positivo, absoluto o porcentual lo más constante posible, a velocidad creciente de la fundición, se varían tanto la frecuencia como también la carrera del movimiento de oscilación de manera independiente entre sí, en el sentido de que, a velocidad creciente de la fundición, se reduce, en general, la aceleración de la coquilla movida a través de la reducción relativa de la frecuencia, con una carrera relativamente incrementada.
