Abstract

Mezclador continuo para materiales pulverulentos por vía húmeda. Una bomba (1) toma el fluido base de la mezcla, por ejemplo agua, desde un depósito (2) y lo suministra a caudal constante a una vía húmeda (3) a la que se incorporan los productos pulverulentos que participan en la mezcla desde respectivos silos (6) y con la colaboración de sendos sinfines (7), estableciéndose a continuación de la citada vía húmeda (3) una cámara de homogeneización (8), una unidad de control de densidad (9) y un tanque de almacenaje (10) de la mezcla final. La unidad de control de densidad (9) suministra permanentemente información a una unidad (14) de gestión y administración de datos que, con los parámetros de la mezcla debidamente programados, controla el funcionamiento de los sinfines (7) de alimentación de los materiales pulverulentos, permitiendo la gestión y control de la densidad en tiempo real.
