Abstract

Segmentos de ADN útiles para seleccionar tipos celulares diferenciados y sus aplicaciones. El segmento de ADN comprende (i) las regiones que contribuyen a formar y estabilizar el complejo de factores de transcripción de un gen específico de un tipo celular que es expresado específicamente en un tipo celular diferenciado, y (ii) un gen de selección funcionalmente conectado, de manera que se exprese cuando el segmento de ADN sea reconocido y transcrito por el complejo de factores de transcripción del gen específico. El segmento de ADN puede utilizarse en la obtención y selección in vitro de tipos celulares diferenciados a partir de unas células precursoras. Con los tipos celulares obtenidos se pueden generar bancos celulares y tisulares con fines terapéuticos o de investigación.DNA segments useful for selecting differentiated cell types and their applications. The DNA segment can be used in obtaining and in vitro selection of differentiated cell types from precursor cells. With the cell types obtained, cell and tissue banks can be generated for therapeutic or research purposes.
