Abstract

Procedimiento para la fabricación de contrapesos de alta densidad que consiste en una mezcla de cemento, cascarilla de laminación o residuos de altos hornos, gravilla, agua, aditivos químicos y partículas metálicas dosificados según parámetros de resistencia a la compresión y según la exigencia de densidad final. Primero tiene lugar la recepción de la cascarilla, para después ser extendida eliminando así el agua, se continúa con la introducción de los componentes en una mezcladora horizontal, se sigue hasta llegar a una máquina vibro-compactadora utilizando unas cintas transportadoras donde el hormigón se conforma mediante moldes produciéndose el prensado y vibrado en alta frecuencia. Entran en unos túneles de fraguado sobre bandejas de madera, donde se controla la humedad y más tarde se trasladan al área de apilado; desde allí, se localizan en la zona de secado al aire libre y finalmente tiene lugar su transporte al área de expedición.
