Abstract

Mejoras en la patente n° 9700500, relativa a un "método y aparato para medir la concentración y composición de biomasa", según las cuales el método para medir la concentración y composición de biomasa, descrito en dicha patente, incluye le medición de la impedancia eléctrica, dentro del medio, en dos regiones del mismo, una carente de células y otra con células, efectuándose ambas mediciones mediante conjuntos de electrodos idénticos, a los que se conectan dos etapas frontales del sistema de medida, obteniéndose información sobre las variaciones de conductividad del medido celular ({si}{sub,e}) de las mediciones de la región carente de células, corrigiéndose en base a dicha información la estimación de la concentración celular del cultivo en la región con célula.
