Abstract
Un método para el tratamiento de superficie de un material cerámico que comprende poner en contacto la superficie de un material cerámico ternario 312 con un compuesto modificador de superficie seleccionado de un grupo que consiste en agentes de carburación, agentes de siliciuración, agentes de nitruración y agentes de boronización, a una temperatura elevada de al menos 600°C aproximadamente durante un periodo de tiempo suficiente para proporcionar una capa de reacción de superficie de al menos 1 µm aproximadamente de espesor en el material tratado en superficie, y enfriar del material tratado en superficie.
