Abstract
Un procedimiento para oxidar un substrato que comprende: a) hacer reaccionar el substrato a oxidar con: i) una fenol oxidasa, y ii) un mediador de oxidación-reducción de complejo de metal de transición, b) oxidación de dicho complejo ii) con dicha oxidasa i) desde un estado reducido a un estado oxidado, y c) oxidación de dicho substrato con dicho complejo ii) en dicho estado oxidado, seleccionándose dicho substrato entre pasta lignocelulósica, pasta celulósica, colorante para papel y colorante para textiles, en el que la pasta lignocelulósica se somete a un procedimiento de eliminación de la lignina por parte de dicha oxidación, y la pasta celulósica, el colorante para papel o el colorante para textiles son blanqueados por parte de dicha oxidación.
