Abstract

Cabezal de herramienta con alojamiento para husillo, cuyos cojinetes (9, 10) se apoyan con una de sus cáscaras de cojinete en un husillo (2) accionable con alojamiento de herramienta (1) para el accionamiento de una herramienta (3) y colaboran con su otra cáscara de cojinete con una carcasa (8), donde al menos en una parte (10) de los cojinetes (9, 10), la otra cáscara de cojinete respectiva colabora con una pieza de desplazamiento (11) que, desplazable a lo largo de la carcasa (8) por medio de una instalación de accionamiento, bloquea, en una de las direcciones de desplazamiento, el husillo (2) con la carcasa (8) a través de un amarre en una posición de bloqueo para la mecanización con una herramienta estacionaria (3), y en la otra dirección de desplazamiento lo libera en una posición de liberación para una mecanización con una herramienta giratoria (3) y donde en la posición de bloqueo y en la posición deliberación, respectivamente, la pieza de desplazamiento (11) establece el amarre por medio de una instalación de accionamiento con una fuerza de apoyo predeterminable o bien, con el amarre suelto, se apoya en la carcasa (8), caracterizado porque la otra cáscara de cojinete respectiva de una de las partes (10) de los cojinetes (9, 10) está abarcada al menos en parte por la pieza de desplazamiento (11), porque la pieza de desplazamiento (11) está formada por dos pistones de desplazamiento separados (11a, b), que son desplazables en una de las dos direcciones de desplazamiento y se pueden restablecer, por medio de un acumulador de fuerza (15) a la otra dirección de desplazamiento respectiva, y porque uno de los pistones de desplazamiento (11a) está configurado en la región de la herramienta (3) a modo de una pinola y el otro pistón de desplazamiento (1b) establece el amarre en el estado bloqueado apoyado con el husillo (2).
