Pañal para incontinentes, formado por un cuerpo laminar (2) de planta rectangular, fabricado en un material de naturaleza transpirable, que presenta en la zona central un resalte (11) elástico o fruncido provisto de perforaciones coincidentes con sus vértices a través de las cuales emergen al exterior cintas (11) y (11'') y dobles cintas (12) y (12'') unidas a un núcleo (10) que se incorpora interiormente formado por una lámina inferior impermeable (14) y una superior (15) permeable, entre las cuales se sitúa una mezcla de cascarilla de centeno, avena o maíz presentando líneas de soldadura (17) posicionadas longitudinalmente y en paralelo.
