Abstract
Encendedor electropirotécnico (1) que comprende, en el interior de un contenedor metálico (11) cerrado y sujeto por un sobremoldeado (13), un cabezal de iniciación constituido por una pared estanca (2) que posee una cara superior (3) y está constituida por un cuerpo macizo (5) cuya parte axial se compone de un cilindro de vidrio (7) atravesado por dos electrodos (9, 10) en forma de espigas, quedando uno de dichos electrodos conectado eléctricamente al cuerpo macizo (5), teniendo dichos electrodos (9, 10) un extremo que rebasa la cara superior (3) de dicha pared estanca (2), permitiendo este rebase conectarlos eléctricamente a un circuito impreso plano sustentado por un soporte (15), estando dicho soporte (15) por su parte atravesado por dichos electrodos, comprendiendo igualmente el citado encendedor (1) un elemento plano (19) resistivo calentador depositado sobre dicho soporte aislante (15)y conectado a los mencionados electrodos (9, 10)por intermedio de dos láminas metálicas (17, 18)conductoras distintas, extendidas sobre dicho soporte, quedando cada lámina en contacto con uno de los dos electrodos, estando cubiertos dicho elemento plano (19) y dichas láminas metálicas (17, 18) por una composición pirotécnica de cebadura (20), caracterizado porque: i) dicho elemento plano tiene un espesor inferior o igual a 0, 001 mm y está constituido por un compuesto metálico cuya resistividad volúmica está comprendida entre 0, 5.10 6 omega m y 2.10 6 omega m, ii) dicha composición pirotécnica de cebadura está constituida por una laca realizada a partir de un aglutinante polivinílico y por un explosivo primario, iii) una varistancia (22) constituida por un conjunto de capas delgadas y acoplada sobre dichas láminas.
