Abstract

Procedimiento de ajuste geométrico de cajas (6) de vehículos en el seno de una unidad (1), que consiste en: - una etapa de detección del tipo de caja que se presenta en el curso de dicha unidad, - una etapa de selección de primeros y segundos medios de geometría inferior (13) y superior (21), respectivamente y para los terceros medios gracias a los quintos medios (24), - una etapa de referenciación de los primeros medios de geometría inferior (13) gracias a segundos medios (18), - una etapa de posicionamiento de la caja (6) del vehículo considerada en relación a los primeros medios de geometría inferior (13), - una etapa de manipulación de la geometría superior (21) para disponerla sobre terceros medios (22) de referenciación de dicha geometría (21), - una etapa de cierre del conjunto de los accionadores y posicionadores (17, 25) solidarios a los primeros y terceros medios de geometría inferior (13) y superior (21) en relación a zonas predefinidas de la caja (6) del vehículo, - una etapa derealización sobre la caja del vehículo geométricamente así congelada, de una pluralidad de puntos de soldadura, - una etapa de apertura del conjunto de accionadores y posicionadores (17, 25) solidarios de los primeros y terceros medios de geometría inferior (13) y superior (21), - una etapa de manipulación de la geometría superior (21) que permite la evacuación de la caja después de la unidad (1), que autoriza la salida de un nuevo ciclo de funcionamiento.
