Abstract

La invención se refiere a un dispositivo de accionamiento directo para el tambor de una lavadora situado horizontalmente; el dispositivo está diseñado especialmente para obtener un bajo coste de producción y para hacer posible que el motor se ensamble previa y completamente en la planta de producción y para que el bastidor sustituya el soporte en estrella habitual del contenedor de lejía. A este fin el bastidor (10) del motor (9) está conectado a la pared inferior (6) del contenedor de lejía (1) en vez de a la pieza de soporte rígido. Dicho motor tiene también un soporte de rodamiento central (23) que tiene uno o dos cojinetes de rodillos 21 y 22), a una distancia entre ellos para el eje (20) del rotor (13) que en el extremo (cono 19) frente al tambor de lavado (4) tiene un orificio concéntrico (28) que se extiende aproximadamente hasta la mitad del cojinete de rodillos (229 en el lado del tambor para recibir el eje (7) del tambor de lavado (4). El rotor (13) tiene una campana (18) unida alextremo exterior de su eje (20), el borde (15) de dicha campana apunta hacia el contenedor de lejía (1). Varias bobinas de excitación (12) están distribuidas en círculo sobre el bastidor (10) que está situado en oposición a los polos imantables (14) distribuidos alrededor del circulo interior del borde de la campana (15) y separado de la misma por una separación de aire.
