Abstract

Circuito hidráulico de seguridad en una prensa. El circuito (1) de seguridad contra sobrecargas está instalado en una prensa mecánica, que acciona mediante bielas (3) el carro (2) portapunzón, a través de dos o cuatro cilindro-pistón (C1, C2) de efecto simple, cargados de aceite a una a presión (P,P'') de trabajo. Las válvulas V1,V2 de seguridad están conectadas a sus respectivos cilindros (C1,C2) para activar su descarga individual, cada una de ellas recibe una presión (p1,p2) de pilotaje diferente, y a su vez están interconectadas para la descarga simultánea del aceite a través de una válvula (A1,A2) auxiliar, la cual es acoplada en serie a cada una de ellas para interrumpir la presión de control (p1,p2) de una válvula de seguridad del lado contrario del carro (2).
