Abstract

Sistema de regulación automática de la granulometría para molinos de áridos o minerales. Aplicable a molinos de áridos y similares en los que participa un rotor (1) del que emergen barras batidoras (3) que actúan sobre los áridos en contra de mandíbulas (5) establecidas en paladares (6) de posicionamiento regulable a través de respectivos cilindros hidráulicos (7), el sistema consiste en utilizar un procesador o similar que, en cada fase de regulación, libera cada paladar (6) respecto de las mordazas (9 - 12) que lo inmovilizan, suministra al eje (2) del rotor (1) un movimiento lento y paralelamente inicia un acercamiento asimismo lento de los paladares (6) hacia el rotor (1), hasta el momento en el que se produce el tope entre estos elementos, momento en el que se produce la parada del motor y en el cilindro de desplazamiento (7) y se efectúa la lectura del "punto cero", repitiendo esta operativa tantas veces como se haya previsto para asegurar que el "punto cero" es correcto, e iniciandoa continuación la separación del paladar (6), hasta que el distanciamiento de sus mandíbulas (5) con respecto al borde operativo de las barras batidoras (3) es el previsto para el nivel de granulometría previsto a su vez para el molino, el cual queda en condiciones de reiniciar su trabajo normal.
