Abstract
Sistema de resorte neumático, que comprende: - Por lo menos un resorte neumático (4, 4'', 4",4"''),de por lo menos: - Una tapadera de resorte neumático (5, 12), como la parte componente superior; - Un émbolo de resorte neumático (8, 13, 14), como la parte componente inferior; - Un fuelle de resorte neumático (7), hecho de un material de elastómero, el cual une entre si las dos anteriores partes componentes, que están dispuestas de forma mutuamente opuesta, por el empleo de unos medios de fijación (10, 10''); en este caso, el fuelle (7) - con la formación de una cámara interior (9) del resorte neumático, la cual es de un volumen elástico - puede rodar por la pared exterior del émbolo (8, 13, 14), concretamente dentro de su zona de rodadura (8'', 13'', 14''); - Por lo menos una válvula de conexión (2), que sobre todo está realizada en forma de una válvula magnética; como asimismo comprende: - Un compresor (3), con una integrada función de retención de la presión remanente; Este sistema de resorte neumático está caracterizado porque: - El resorte neumático (4, 4'', 4", 4"'',) está provisto de una correspondiente válvula de retención (1, 1'', 1", 1"'' 1""), que puede ser desbloqueada, y la misma comprende las siguientes partes componentes: - Una carcasa de válvula (6, 15, 16), hecha de un metal ó de un material plástico, la cual está equipada con un taladro de válvula (19) a efectos de la cogida de un tubo exible (23) con un tubo-accesorio de empalme (25); - Una placa de unión (17), que se encuentra alojada dentro de un taladro de la carcasa, y la misma está provista de un taladro de válvula (20) para la cogida de un tubo exible (23) así como provista de un asiento de válvula (21) para una placa de válvula (18), que está hecha de un material de elastómero y la que está dispuesta en dirección hacia la parte interior del resorte neumático; en este caso, la placa de válvula es empujado hacia un lado por el tubo exible (23), y la misma desbloquea, de este modo, los dos taladros de válvula (19,20), que se unen entre si para constituir un taladro pasante; como asi mismo comprende: - Dos anillos de junta (22, 22''), que se encuentran situados entre la placa de unión (17) y la carcasa de válvula (6, 15, 16), por un lado, así como entre la placa de unión (17) y el tubo exible (23), por el otro lado.
