Abstract

Sistema de inflación estéril para una bolsa con pared flexible que es estéril y compacta, en particular al vacío, que comprende: a) una bolsa (1) que tiene por lo menos un apéndice (12) en el cual se inserta un dispositivo espaciador (2) que forma una cartera (140) entre las superficies internas de la bolsa, separando dos secciones flexibles divisorias enfrentadas (120, 121) de su pared entre sí, quedando unida esta cartera (140) al espacio interior de la bolsa (1); b) una cámara de inflación (4) que comprende una parte exterior fija (5) y una parte interior móvil (6), que constituye un dispositivo de corte/inflación; en el que: c) las partes fija y móvil (5, 6) están equipadas cada una con una cuchilla calentable de perfil cerrado, una de ellas (51) exterior, integral de la parte fija (5), y la otra (61) interior, integral de la parte móvil (6), quedando vinculadas estas dos cuchillas (51, 61) y unidas por sus extremos de manera hermética cuando la cámara (4) de inflación se encuentra ensu posición cerrada; d) la cámara de inflación (4) y el perfil del dispositivo espaciador (2) están configuradas de tal manera que es posible adaptar la cartera que contiene el dispositivo espaciador a la parte exterior (5), de tal manera que una (121) de las secciones divisorias flexibles quede situada con relación al juego de cuchillas (51, 61); e) la cámara de inflación está dotada de canales de vacío (500, 601, 400) capaces de aplicar la sección (121) divisoria flexible de la bolsa mediante succión contra las cuchillas (51, 61) calentadas y de iniciar el corte por fusión de las zonas que entran en contacto con las cuchillas; f) la parte móvil citada está equipada con un canal de inflación (600-600'') equipado con un filtro de esterilización (8) a través del cual puede pasar el aire para entrar en el espacio formado por el interior de la cartera (140) cuando la cámara de inflación se encuentra en estado abierto.
