Abstract

Procedimiento para la fabricación de un pasaje a través de una pila compuesta por lo menos por dos piezas en forma de placa, donde mediante un punzón de pasaje. que se conduce perpendicularmente a través de la pila, se arrastra material de una de las piezas en forma de placa, próxima al punzón de pasaje, a través de un orificio de la otra pieza en forma de placa, donde el contorno interior del orificio se corresponde esencialmente con el contorno exterior del pasaje y, en un solo movimiento de aproximación del punzón de pasaje (7), se forma no sólo el pasaje (9) sino también el orificio (21), en la otra pieza (2) en forma de placa, posterior en el sentido de avance del punzón de pasaje, para lo cual la pieza (2) en forma de placa alejada del punzón de pasaje es soportada por una matriz (8) de tal manera que, al introducir el punzón de pasaje en la pila (1, 2) se desprende de la pieza (2) en forma de placa posterior un trozo de material (10), cuyo contorno exterior se corresponde esencialmente con el contorno exterior del pasaje, caracterizado porque antes de formar el hueco se produce a través de la pila (1, 2) un orificio pasante (3, 3¿), cuya sección es inferior a la sección del orificio (50, 51) del pasaje.
