Abstract

Sistema y método de comunicaciones con doble canal de señalización que, además del canal del hilo tradicional entre el aparato telefónico de abonado y el conmutador de la central de comunicaciones, incluye un canal de señalización inalámbrico entre el aparato telefónico de abonado y una plataforma central. Este segundo canal inalámbrico está destinado a transmitir información de control de estado o a enviar cualquier tipo de información procedente de sistemas externos, por ejemplo sistemas de correo electrónico y buzón de voz, al abonado, para activar indicaciones ópticas o acústicas o presentación visual de mensajes en el aparato telefónico de abonado o en dispositivos externos.
