LA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN DISPOSITIVO PARA DETECTAR LA RADIACION INCIDENTE, COMO POR EJEMPLO RAYOS X, RAYOS GA , RADIACION IONIZANTE Y LUZ FLUORESCENTE O DEBIL, CON POR LO MENOS UN ELEMENTO DETECTOR, CON UN COMPONENTE SENSOR (ESCINTILADOR) PARA CONVERTIR LA RADIACION INCIDENTE EN FOTONES (LUZ DE ESCINTILACION) DE LA BANDA DEL UV, VISIBLE O IR DEL ESPECTRO ELECTROMAGNETICO, Y UN COMPONENTE AMPLIFICADOR OPTICO, QUE RECIBE LA LUZ CONVERTIDA POR EL COMPONENTE SENSOR, LA CONDUCE PARA CONTINUAR EL PROCESO Y AL MISMO TIEMPO LA AMPLIFICA.
