Abstract

Un montaje de acoplamiento con cierre de seguridad, en el cual los anillos de tracción sobre la unidad hembra de acoplamiento, en un montaje de unidad macho de acoplamiento / unidad hembra de acoplamiento, sirven tanto para liberar el montaje de acoplamiento como para mantener el montaje de acoplamiento protegido contra la desconexión no intencional. Los anillos de tracción están unidos a los brazos de leva que se engarzan con la unidad macho de acoplamiento para trabar el montaje de acoplamiento, y se desengarzan de la unidad macho de acoplamiento para liberar el montaje de acoplamiento. En el estado cerrado del montaje de acoplamiento, los anillos de tracción rematan sobre las asas de la cubierta de la unidad hembra de acoplamiento, para oponerse al movimiento no intencional de los brazos de leva, desde la posición cerrada de los brazos de leva hasta la posición liberada de los brazos de leva. En caso de retiro intencional de los anillos de tracción desde su posición de remate sobre las asas por parte de un operador, y al tirar de los anillos de tracción, los brazos de leva pueden moverse desde la posición cerrada de los brazos de leva hasta la posición liberada de los brazos de leva, para desconectar el montaje de acoplamiento.
