Abstract

Procedimiento para la extracción de sustancias sólidas granuladas de un lecho fluidizado estacionario, que contiene sustancias sólidas con diferentes tamaños de grano, en donde se introduce gas de fluidización en el lecho fluidizado desde abajo, distribuido a través de una parrilla de toberas, en donde en el lecho fluidizado por encima de la parrilla de toberas se encuentra un tubo de transporte, en el que un chorro de gas dirigido al tubo de transporte conduce a las sustancias sólidas a través del tubo de transporte de un modo neumático hacia arriba extrayéndolas del lecho fluidizado, caracterizado porque el orificio de entrada (11, 11a, 11b) del tubo de transporte (10, 10a, 10b) se encuentra de 10 a 500 mm por encima de la parrilla de toberas (2), porque una tubería vertical de gas (13) está dispuesta a una cierta distancia por debajo del orificio de entrada, cuyo extremo superior se encuentra aproximadamente a la altura de la parrilla de toberas, porque preferentemente las sustancias sólidas de grano grueso se extraen del lecho fluidizado de un modo neumático a través del tubo de transporte mediante un chorro de gas que va desde la tubería de gas (13) hasta el orificio de entrada del tubo de transporte, en donde la velocidad del gas en el tubo de transporte es por lo menos el doble que la del gas de fluidización en el lecho de fluidización, y porque las sustancias sólidas se transportan hacia arriba hasta un codo (15) del tubo de transporte y, a continuación, hacia abajo hasta una salida (12).
