Abstract
Horizontal rotation of a set of blades around a vertical tower when exposed to the wind or a sea or river current.At the same time as the blades rotate around the tower, they also rotate on their own axes.Explanation of Figs. 1 and 3.(1) Tower on which the whole structure and the blades rotate.(2) Structure supporting the blades (3).
