Abstract

Sistema de hidrocultivo de germinados por conformación, que comprende la hidratación de semillas en tolvas de germinación (1), alternando ciclos de aireación y remojo, siendo luego introducidas en moldes (2), donde predomina la verticalidad y la germinación se produce a presión, las semillas retenidas por el molde (2), que a la vez permite que se expansionen. Una vez que las semillas se traban y son autoportantes, se retiran los moldes (2). El sistema se automatiza por una superficie portante perforada en los moldes con las semillas, siendo el conjunto (3) introducido en los canales de cultivo (4). El sistema se estructura sobre módulos que se dispondrán dentro de canales, uno por cada día de ciclo de cultivo y de longitudes variables según las producciones a obtener. El proceso se completa con la ayuda de puentes grúas, instalaciones (10) de lavado de moldes (2) y una mezcladora (9), finalizando el proceso con una cinta transportadora (11).
