Abstract

Procedimiento para la extrusión de productos químicos. El procedimiento se caracteriza por proceder a la mezcla en un extrusionador único de dos masas de un mismo material a extrusionar, con entradas separadas, una de ellas fundida y otra en estado de polvo, para lograr el grado de pastosidad óptimo para la extrusión, con control previo de las entalpias de los dos componentes y control directo de la cantidad de energía que en forma de calor se incorpora al proceso, procediendo a la extrusión de forma continua o discontinua. La aportación de calor se efectúa solamente en la fracción líquida de los flujos a mezclar sin aportación a la fracción sólida.
