Abstract

Procedimiento para la elaboración de harina de cáscara de plátano para piensos, que comprende: lavar las piñas y/o manojos de plátanos con agua a presión y separar los plátanos de los manojos; sumergir los plátanos en agua hirviendo; retirar los plátanos del baño de agua hirviendo y dejar escurrir y/o secar a temperatura ambiente; separar manualmente la cáscara de la pulpa; dejar secar las cáscaras al aire libre; trocear y molturar las cáscaras secas hasta conseguir un gránulo reducido: envasar el producto obtenido en recipientes adecuados.
