Abstract

Máquina enrolladora de dulces. Es de especial aplicación para el enrollado de lenguas de dulce de notable longitud, las cuales acceden perfectamente guiadas y cortadas a un ancho y largo uniformes, sobre una cinta de trabajo (3, 16) de la línea de fabricación. Dispone de varios grupos de enrollado independientes (5) con una pluralidad de cabezales (6) simultáneos por grupo, comandándose el movimiento mediante un autómata programable y existiendo variadores de frecuencia para regular la velocidad del enrollado. La recogida de los rollos (11, 22) formados se realiza sobre cintas transversales a la de trabajo (3, 17), entregándolos alineados para su posterior manipulación. El producto es tomado de la cinta de trabajo (3) y asciende por una rampa de subida (8) hacia la correspondiente horquilla de enrollado hasta que realiza un número de vueltas predeterminado. La horquilla de enrollado (9) es horizontal y se facilita el acceso del producto mediante una lengüeta (10) abatible. Se ha previsto también una máquina de enrollado (14) en la que el producto se descarga en una banda sinfín (15) que se encuentra parada y que tiene movimiento de avance intermitente, dotada de alineaciones transversales de orificios (19) en los que quedarán insertadas las horquillas verticales (18) de enrollado del producto. Al finalizar esta operación un elemento expulsor (23) levanta la banda sinfín (15) para que avance la misma hasta una nueva posición.
