Abstract

Quemador de gas para aparatos de cocción de alimentos mediante llama abierta que comprende un cuerpo quemador (31), un inyector (1) para la salida del gas combustible, un tubo mezclador (2) que está compuesto por una porción convergente (20), una garganta (21) y una porción divergente (22), donde el gas que sale desde el inyector (1) se mezcla con una porción de aire de combustión, entregando dicho tubo mezclador (2) una mezcla gas-aire a dicho cuerpo quemador (31), estando dispuesto en la parte superior de dicho cuerpo quemador una corona de gas (3) con orificios de llama, teniendo dicho tubo mezclador (2) un eje recto y estando acoplado a dicho cuerpo quemador (31) en un asiento (4) que está situado en la parte inferior de dicho cuerpo quemador (31), caracterizado por el hecho que dicho asiento (4) es coaxial al eje del tubo mezclador (2).
