Abstract

Lata para bebidas que comprende una tapa (1) que está asegurada al cuerpo cilíndrico (2) de la lata por medio de un reborde (3) con pestaña, una abertura (4) descentrada y una cubierta de cierre (8) que cubre toda la tapa (1) y está montada en el reborde (3) con pestaña de forma que pueda ser hecha girar pero no pueda ser retirada, por medio de un talón marginal (9), teniendo la cubierta de cierre (8) una abertura (12) descentrada que puede ser alineada con la abertura (4) de la tapa (1), caracterizada porque la abertura (4) de la tapa (1) está rodeada por un talón anular (5) que tiene flancos (6, 7) de talón esencialmente cónicos, la cubierta de cierre (8) tiene al menos un talón anular (13) descentrado que está dirigido hacia la tapa (1) y tiene flancos (14, 15) de talón esencialmente cónicos, rodea un anillo de obturación (16, 26) y sobresale con respecto a éste último en dirección a la tapa (1), dada una posición rotacional apropiada de la cubierta de cierre (8), el anillo de obturación(16, 25) descansa en forma estanca y con pretensado sobre la cresta del talón anular (5) que rodea a la abertura (4) de la tapa (1), en la que si en la cubierta de cierre (8) solamente está construido un talón anular (13), éste rodea al anillo de obturación (16) y una región cerrada situada dentro del anillo de obturación y, en la posición cerrada de la cubierta de cierre (8), el anillo de obturación (16) descansa en forma estanca y con pretensado sobre la cresta del talón anular (5) que rodea a la abertura (4) de la tapa, en la región central de la cubierta de cierre (8) hay construida una leva de enganche (28) que se aplica en un hueco de enganche (29) de la tapa (1) y, cuando se hace girar la cubierta de cierre (8), la leva de enganche (28) coopera con el hueco de enganche (29) y al hacerlo, mueve la región interior de la cubierta de cierre (8) que está rodeada por el talón marginal fijo a una posición en la que la región interior está arqueada elásticamente hacia fuera y en la que el anillo de obturación (16) se separa del talón anular (5) que rodea a la abertura (4) de la tapa.
