Abstract

La invención se refiere a un procedimiento y dispositivo para la síntesis de macromoléculas sobre una banda de un material de soporte (11). El dispositivo tiene al menos un módulo de síntesis (12) que puede cerrarse herméticamente, con cámaras de reacción (15) y conductos para fluido (18, 19) para llenar y vaciar las cámaras de reacción (15) con el medio de reacción. El material de soporte (11) puede introducirse en el módulo de síntesis (12) y ponerse en contacto con las cámaras de reacción (15). Los medios de transporte (20-26) pueden desplazar el material de soporte (11) una cierta distancia y puede actuarse sobre ellos mediante un controlador.
