Abstract

Disco abrasivo con un soporte (11) preferentemente rígido y con un agujero en el centro (10) para facilitar su montaje, una zona de trabajo continua y con gran cantidad de láminas (13) con revestimiento abrasivo sujetas por uno de sus bordes a la parte exterior del soporte y alineadas de forma sustancial siguiendo un círculo centrado en el eje del disco y caracterizado porque más de una de las láminas (x1) no mantiene contacto con al menos una de sus dos láminas (x2) contiguas activas, de tal manera que la zona de trabajo está dividida en gran número de zonas activas (5, g1, g2, g3 y g4) provistas de láminas y separadas unas de otras por un gran número de zonas inactivas continuas y desprovistas de láminas (6. i1, i2, i3 e i4), con una distribución regular de las zonas activas e inactivas, teniendo todas las zonas activas (5) cierto relieve con respecto a las zonas inactivas (6).
