Abstract

Procedimiento para la medición de la distancia, con preferencia en automóviles, con impulsos de ultrasonido, donde una señal (3) es irradiada con una forma característica de la señal desde una unidad de emisión (5), donde una señal de eco (4), reflejada por un objeto (12), de la señal irradiada (3) es recibida por una unidad de recepción (6), donde la señal de eco (4) recibida es convertida en una señal eléctrica de recepción e(t), donde la señal de emisión (s(t)) es evaluada junto con la señal de eco (e(t)) a través de un filtro adaptable (14) integrado en la parte de evaluación (10), donde la señal de emisión (s(t)) es filtrada por el filtro adaptable (14), donde el filtro adaptable compensa sus coeficientes (bk) de tal forma que se reduce al mínimo el error entre la señal de emisión filtrada (y(t)) y la señal de recepción (e(t)), y donde a partir de la respuesta del impulso (b(t)) del filtro adaptable (14) se determina el tiempo de retraso entre la señal de emisión (s(t)) y la señal de recepción (e(t)).
