Abstract

Procedimiento para la fabricación de piezas troqueladas adhesivas (11) con cavidades interiores (3) a partir de una banda sin fin (1), presentando la banda una capa de soporte (4) y por lo menos una capa adhesiva (5), que comprende los pasos siguientes: a) troquelado del contorno (17) de la cavidad interior en la capa adhesiva sin llegar a la capa de soporte, b) troquelado del contorno exterior (10) de las piezas troqueladas en la capa adhesiva, no existiendo ningún punto en común entre el contorno exterior y el contorno de la cavidad interior, caracterizado por los pasos siguientes: c) separación de la capa de soporte (4) mediante un borde (12) o un rodillo, donde se separan los retales de troquelado vaciados (7) de la cavidad interior junto con la capa de soporte, d) transferencia de la banda liberada de la capa de soporte y los retales de troquelado vaciados (7) a una hoja protectora (8).
