Abstract

Un método de suspender aves a sacrificar, particularmente pollos, desde grilletes de transporte (16) de un transportador elevado (18) caracterizado porque los pollos (8), por ejemplo desde el enfriador por agua, preferiblemente por medio de una cinta transportadora (6), se entregan al centro de una superficie de mesa de distribución giratoria (4), en la cual se encuentran dispuestos medios (10) para empujar sucesivamente los pollos (8) hacia fuera, hacia un área de cerco de dicha superficie de mesa de distribución (4), que está formada con posiciones (12) a lo largo de dicha área de cerco, cada una dispuesta para acomodar un pollo que se coloca y fija parcialmente de tal manera que al menos una pata de cada pollo sobresale desde el borde del área de cerco de forma que al menos una pata pueda ser agarrada por un grillete de transporte (16) de dicho transportador elevado (18) con extensión ascendente y en modo sincronizado pasa cerca de una o más de dichas posiciones (12) a lo largo del áreade cerco de la superficie de mesa de distribución rotatoria (4).
