EN UNA PRIMERA MATERIALIZACION DE LA INVENCION, LA UNIDAD DE CONTROL SE DISEÑA ESENCIALMENTE DE MANERA QUE SE DETECTAN LOS ESTADOS ESTACIONARIOS DEL MOTOR Y EL REGULADOR PUEDE ACCIONARSE DE CUALQUIER MANERA EN RESPUESTA AL ESTADO DETECTADO SIN CAMBIAR LA RELACION DE TRANSMISION.
