Abstract

Válvula reguladora de presión para un compresor y, en especial, una máquina frigorífica pequeña del tipo capsulado herméticamente, que incluye los siguientes elementos: una placa (33) de válvula, una culata (40) de cilindro que comprende una placa de base fundamentalmente rectangular con las paredes de cilindro conformadas, mientras que la placa (33) de válvula y la culata (40) de cilindro están unidas entre sí por medio de unos elementos de sujeción, y con una junta de hermetismo (58) que está dispuesta entre las anteriores, así como un resorte (23) de válvula que está dispuesto en el volumen encerrado por la placa (33) de válvula y la culata (40) de cilindro, un elemento pisador (21) de sección transversal fundamentalmente con forma de U, que presenta unas espigas y unos brazos escuadrados y, opcionalmente, un elemento amortiguador (27), en donde el resorte de válvula, el elemento amortiguador y el elemento pisador están dispuestos en este orden de montaje sobre un asiento de válvula, caracterizada porque la placa (33) de válvula está realizada de forma plana y presenta unos orificios taladrados (36) y porque en el elemento pisador (21) están configuradas las espigas (15, 16a, 16b) correspondientes a los orificios taladrados (36), mientras que la separación de las espigas (15, 16a, 16b) entre sí es ligeramente distinta a la separación de los orificios taladrados (36) entre sí, de manera que por el encaje del elemento pisador sobre la placa (33) de válvula tiene lugar una tensión previa de este elemento que garantiza la retención de los elementos en la placa de válvula.
