Abstract

Proceso para extraer y concentrar taninos a partir de productos naturales sólidos que los contengan, caracterizado porque dicho proceso comprende las etapas de someter a los productos sólidos a una extracción por percolación con un medio de extracción constituido por agua y/o vapor como disolvente, seguido de una etapa de filtración para detener partículas mayores de 10 µm, y concentración de la disolución de taninos así obtenida por nanofiltración, con membranas en configuración espiral seleccionadas entre las polieterosulfónicas o las poliamídicas.
