Incorpora esta invención, junto a los dos brazos convencionales principales (1) y (2) y el resorte (5) provisto de un elemento de prolongación (5.1), de vinculación de los brazos (1) y (2), una pieza de alojamiento (3) para un carrete (4), estando unidos solidarios, el carrete (4) al brazo (2) y la pieza de alojamiento (3) de éste al brazo (1).
