Abstract

Procedimiento para la inmovilización de un ligando sobre un soporte. El procedimiento, en el que (i) al menos uno de dichos ligando o soporte contiene, al menos, un grupo carbonilo alfa-beta insaturado conjugado con, al menos, un anillo aromático, y (ii) el otro de dichos ligando o soporte contiene, al menos, un doble enlace, comprende irradiar con luz visible o ultravioleta una mezcla formada por dichos ligando y soporte para generar un anillo de ciclobutano, a partir de los dobles enlaces presentes en dichos ligando y soporte, mediante una reacción de cicloadición fotoquímica 2 + 2, con lo que dicho ligando queda inmovilizado sobre dicho soporte. De utilidad para inmovilizar sustratos, reactivos, catalizadores, enzimas aditivos, fármacos o microorganismos en sustratos poliméricos.Procedure for the immobilization of a ligand on a support. The process, wherein (i) at least one of said ligand or support contains at least one alpha-beta unsaturated carbonyl group conjugated to at least one aromatic ring, and (ii) the other of said ligand or support contains at least one double bond, comprises irradiating with visible or ultraviolet light a mixture formed by said ligand and support to generate a cyclobutane ring, from the double bonds present in said ligand and support, by means of a photochemical cycloaddition reaction 2 + 2, with which said ligand remains immobilized on said support. Useful for immobilizing substrates, reagents, catalysts, additive enzymes, drugs or microorganisms on polymeric substrates.
