Abstract

Implante dentario de recuperación dento-periodontal total. Consiste en una estructura de titanio (1) de una pieza, que sustituye a mismo tiempo el volumen del hueso (2) alveolar perdido y el pilar de sustentación (3) para la fijación de prótesis dentarias (4). El diferente tratamiento de la superficie de titanio en cada una de sus partes le confiere unas características óptimas para la cicatrización y agarre de los diferentes tejidos con los que se relaciona. De esta manera, reponer piezas dentarias perdidas, se efectúa logrando al mismo tiempo la sustitución del volumen de hueso necesario para una correcta función oral y una estética gingival (5) adecuada.
