Abstract
Procedimiento para la fabricación de paquetes de chapas de forma anular para el estator de máquinas eléctricas, a partir de chapas estampadas, según las etapas siguientes: se cortan, por estampado, segmentos rectilíneos de chapas (1), con una longitud igual a la longitud de la periferia del paquete anular a ser formado, presentándose cada segmento en forma de una banda dotada con dientes (2) que tiene la forma de la sección radial de las piezas polares del estator, y cuyo lado opuesto a los dientes presenta muescas (3) situadas en la prolongación de los dientes, se apilan los segmentos (1) para formar un paquete con una altura predeterminada y se les ensambla por al menos dos cordones de soldadura por láser o por plasma, en dos acanaladuras formadas por las muescas (3), caracterizado por la combinación de etapas siguientes: se mantiene el paquete aprisionado entre una superficie plana (4), que se apoya sobre la superficie del paquete con las acanaladuras sobre aproximadamente la mitad de lalongitud del segmento, dejando libre aproximadamente 4 4 de la longitud total de cada extremidad y medios (5), que se apoyan sobre la superficie con las piezas polares, se efectúa un curvado previo por medio de una prensa de colisones múltiples (21, 22, 23) de las dos extremidades sobre aproximadamente la mitad de sus partes libres, para formar, en cada una de ellas, un arco de aproximadamente 40° aplicándose una presión sobre sus superficies acanaladas correspondientes contra punzones (5A, 5B) de forma correspondiente, se curvan las extremidades libres, sobre la totalidad de sus partes libres, en arco de círculo de 90° aplicando una presión sobre la superficie acanalada de las dos extremidades contra punzones (31A, 31B) de forma correspondiente, se libera el paquete y se le sujeta únicamente a lo largo de dos aristas, una de ellas sobre la cara interior y la otra sobre la cara exterior del paquete correspondiente a los puntos centrales de los segmentos, se aplica una presión por medio deuna prensa de colisones múltiples sobre las partes arqueadas del paquete hasta que se haya formado el cilindro, se sueldan con láser o con plasma las extremidades reunidas, formándose así una pieza cilíndrica.
