Abstract

Procedimiento para fabricar un agente de recubrimiento y aglutinante para formas farmacéuticas orales o dérmicas, que se compone de: (a) 35 a 98 % en peso de un copolímero que se compone de ésteres C1 a C4 de ácido acrílico o metacrílico y otros monómeros de (met)acrilatos que presentan grupos funcionales amonio terciario, polimerizados por radicales y (b) 1 a 50 % en peso de un plastificante, así como (c) 1 a 15 % en peso de un emulsionante con un valor de HLB de por lo menos 14 en el que se mezclan entre sí los componentes (a), (b) y (c) con o sin el agregado de agua y, dado el caso, con el agregado de un principio activo farmacéutico y otros aditivos usuales y se fabrica el agente de recubrimiento y aglutinante mediante fundición, vertido, pintado o aplicación por rociado, caracterizado porque se agrega el polímero (a) en forma de polvo con un tamaño medio de partículas de 1 a 40 micram.
