Abstract
Masas de moldeo termoplásticas, que contienen: A) de un 20 hasta un 90% en peso, preferentemente de un 30 hasta un 80% en peso, de forma especialmente preferente de un 40 hasta un 75% en peso de un polímero termoplástico, formado por unidades, que se derivan a1) de un 60 hasta un 85% en peso, preferentemente de un 63 hasta un 81% en peso, de forma especialmente preferente de un 65 hasta un 80% en peso de estireno y/o estireno substituido, particularmente a-metilestireno, a2) de un 15 hasta un 40% en peso, preferentemente de un 19 hasta un 37% en peso, de forma especialmente preferente de un 20 hasta un 35% en peso de acrilonitrilo, y a3) de un 0 hasta un 25% en peso, preferentemente de un 0 hasta un 20% en peso, de forma especialmente preferente de un 0 hasta un 18% en peso de otros monómeros copolimerizables con a1 y a2, y B) de un 10 hasta un 80% en peso, preferentemente de un 20 hasta un 70% en peso, de forma especialmente preferente de un 25 hasta un 60% en peso de un caucho de injerto reticulado y polifásico, formado por b1) un 30 hasta un 90% en peso, preferentemente de un 40 hasta un 70% en peso, de forma especialmente preferente de un 45 hasta un 70% en peso de una fase obtenida mediante polimerización por emulsión o miniemulsión de b1.1) un 80 hasta un 100% en peso, preferentemente de un 90 hasta un 100% en peso, de forma especialmente preferente de un 95 hasta un 100% en peso de un acrilato, y b1.2) un 0 hasta un 20% en peso, preferentemente de un 0 hasta un 10% en peso, de forma especialmente preferente de un 0 hasta un 5% en peso de otros monómeros, y b2) un 10 hasta un 70% en peso, preferentemente de un 30 hasta un 60% en peso, de forma especialmente preferente de un 30 hasta un 55% en peso de al menos una otra fase obtenida mediante polimerización de b2.1) un 60 hasta un 85% en peso, preferentemente de un 70 hasta un 80% en peso de estireno, b2.2) un 15 hasta un 35% en peso, preferentemente de un 20 hasta un 30% en peso de acrilonitrilo, y b2.3) un 0hasta un 20% en peso de otros monómeros en presencia de la primera fase, mostrando el polímero A un índice de viscosidad, determinado como solución al 0,5% en dimetilformamida a 23°C (DIN 53726) de 50 hasta 70 ml/g, preferentemente de 55 hasta 65 ml/g, y teniendo al menos un 80% en número, preferentemente al menos un 85% en número y de forma especialmente preferente al menos un 90% en número de las partículas de caucho B en la dispersión después de su obtención un diámetro < de 0, 2 µm, preferentemente < de 0, 18 micram y de forma especialmente preferente < de 0, 15 micram (determinación por centrifugado según Scholtan y Lange).
