Abstract
Aplicable indistintamente a motores de explosión y a motores de combustión interna, en los que cada cilindro (3) cuenta con una válvula mecánica (8) de admisión y otra de escape, accionadas por el árbol de levas (9), a cada cámara (3) se incorpora además al menos una válvula de admisión (12) y otra de escape de naturaleza electromecánica, provistas cada una de ellas de dos bobinas electromagnéticas (14) y (15), una de apertura y otra de cierre, comandadas por una unidad electrónica de control (17), que establece tanto los momentos de apertura y cierre de dichas válvulas (12) como los tiempos en el que las mismas deben permanecer abiertas o cerradas, para conseguir un máximo rendimiento del motor y un mínimo consumo de combustible, generando dicha unidad electrónica (17) un tren de impulsos de control sobre las válvulas (12) a expensas de la información recibida de una serie de sensores, concretamente de un captador de rotación (18) y de un captador de referencia angular (23), con los que colabora una corona dentada (22), de un captador de presión (25), provisto de una membrana (26) conectada al colector de admisión (9), y opcionalmente de sensores que detecten la temperatura del motor, la del aire de admisión o cualquier otro parámetro que influya en las condiciones de explosión o combustión de la mezcla en la cámara (3).Applicable to explosion engines and internal combustion engines, in which each cylinder (3) has a mechanical intake valve (8) and an exhaust valve, actuated by the camshaft (9), to each chamber (3 ) At least one inlet valve (12) and an exhaust valve of an electromechanical nature are also incorporated, each equipped with two electromagnetic coils (14) and (15), one opening and the other closing, commanded by a unit control electronics (17), which establishes both the opening and closing moments of said valves (12) and the times in which they must remain open or closed, to achieve maximum engine performance and minimum fuel consumption, said electronic unit (17) generating a train of control pulses on the valves (12) at the expense of the information received from a series of sensors, specifically a rotation sensor (18) and an angled reference sensor ular (23), with which a toothed crown (22), of a pressure sensor (25), provided with a membrane (26) connected to the intake manifold (9), and optionally of sensors that detect the temperature of the engine, the intake air or any other parameter that influences the conditions of explosion or combustion of the mixture in the chamber (3).
