Abstract
Compuestos de la fórmula I, **(Fórmula)** en la que R1 representa cicloalquilo (C3-C7), fenilo o el resto de un heterociclo aromático de 5 miembros ó 6 miembros, que contiene uno o dos heteroátomos, iguales o distintos, de la serie N, O, S, no estando sustituidos el resto fenilo ni el resto heterocíclico o estando sustituidos los mismos con uno o varios restos, iguales o distintos, de la serie alquilo (C1-C4), halógeno, hidroxi, alcoxi (C1-C4), benciloxi, fenoxi, bencilo, fenilo, trifluorometilo, ciano, hidroxicarbonilo, (alcoxi(C1-C4))-carbonilo, aminocarbonilo, nitro, amino, alquil(C1-C4)-amino, di-(alquil(C1-C4))-amino y (alquil(C1-C4))-carbonilamino, R2, R3, R4 y R5 representan independientemente uno de otro, hidrógeno halógeno, alquilo (C1-C4) o alcoxi (C1-C4); R6 representa fenilo, que no está sustituido o que está sustituido con uno o varios restos, iguales o distintos, de la serie alquilo (C1-C4), halógeno, hidroxi, alcoxi (C1-C4), benciloxi, fenoxi, bencilo, fenilo, trifluorometilo, ciano, hidroxicarbonilo, (alcoxi(C1-C4))-carbonilo, aminocarbonilo, nitro, amino, alquil(C1-C4)-amino, di-(alquil(C1-C4))amino y (alquil(C1-C4))-carbonilamino; R7 tiene independientemente de R6, uno de los significados de R6 o representa hidrógeno; en todas sus formas estereoisoméricas y mezclas de éstas en todas las proporciones, y sus sales fisiológicamente tolerables; en donde, cuando R1 representa fenilo no sustituido y R2, R3, R4, R5 y R7 representan hidrógeno, R6 no pueda representar al mismo tiempo fenilo no sustituido ó 3, 4-dimetoxifenilo.
