Abstract

Quemador polivalente, aplicable para todo tipo de materiales combustibles, que consiste en un cuerpo de quemador de forma cilíndrica con puertas de alimentación superior y un tornillo sinfín para la descarga del combustible, contando con un plato giratorio inferior (9) regulable en altura, estando recubiertas las paredes del quemador de un hormigón a base de carburo de hafnio, disponiendo de un ventilador de alta presión para alimentar la cámara de combustión y contando con aletas situadas en el fondo del quemador alrededor del conducto del sinfín de extracción de ceniza, disponiendo de una de las compuertas con actuación automática, que permite el paso de una cabeza de inyección, desplazándose un ventilador de alta presión solidario con el conjunto mediante unos carriles situados en el exterior y movidos por un motor eléctrico.
