Abstract

Procedimiento de obtención de gas combustible a partir de materiales combustibles, que comprende la gasificación de residuos carbonados a temperaturas superiores a 1200ºC, mediante aportación de agentes gasificantes que incluyen aire y/o vapor de agua, recalentados a temperaturas comprendidas entre 1200 y 1400ºC. El procedimiento se lleva a cabo mediante una instalación que comprende un reactor (8), dotado en su pared de inyectores para los agentes gasificantes distribuidos en tres niveles; un intercambiador térmico (18-19), en el que se produce vapor de agua y aire caliente; un recalentador de aire y vapor de agua (20) y un equipo de purificación de gas (22, 23 y 24).
