Abstract

Procedimiento para la fabricación de calcetines perfeccionado, mediante el cual se consigue una producción total del producto en una misma máquina, que comprende fundamentalmente las siguientes fases: la fabricación del calcetín (1) se inicia por la puntera (2) con menguados normales o en "Y"; una vez terminada la puntera (2), se cose automáticamente la misma, transfiriendo el tejido de las agujas cortas a las largas mediante los correspondientes transfers; seguidamente, se teje el pie con malla de punto retenido o cargado en la parte del sobre-pie; se obtiene el talón (3) con menguados normales o en "Y"; y finalmente se teje la zona de la pierna y el puño con tira elástica (4); este último mediante transfers.
