Abstract
Catalizador para la mejora de aceites sintéticos generados a partir de material polímero de desecho. Un catalizador para la mejora de aceites sintéticos de procesado de materiales poliméricos de desecho, especialmente neumáticos de desecho, que contiene Mo como especie metálica principal soportado sobre un material poroso, preferentemente el negro de carbón residual de la obtención de los aceites sintéticos a partir de neumático, y de un tamaño preferido de partícula de 0,05-0,015 mm. El precursor del catalizador, se obtiene a temperatura ambiente depositando la sal precursora sobre el negro de carbón, por agitación de la suspensión de negro de carbón en la disolución acuosa de la sal metálica, que precipita sobre el negro de carbón al borbotear el agente precipitante a través de la disolución. Por filtrado, el material sólido resultante constituye la sal precursora del catalizador que se transforma durante el proceso térmico de mejora de los aceites en la especie catalítica activa.
