Abstract

Procedimiento para decorar perfiles metálicos. Basado en la clásica utilización de cartas de diseño, consistentes en una lámina de aluminio-plástico o similar portadora de figuras monocromas y polícromas, carta de diseño que transfiere dichas figuras a los perfiles mediante aplicación simultánea de presión y calor, consiste en realizar con dicha carta de diseño una bolsa tubular para cada uno de los perfiles metálicos, generalmente de aluminio, bolsa herméticamente cerrada que se acopla por sus extremos a una fuente de vacío, de manera que se consigue una perfecta adaptación de la carta de diseño a las cuatro caras del perfil, y con independencia de que dichas caras sean planas o no, manteniéndose esta situación de vacío en cada bolsa unitaria a lo largo de su recorrido en el horno en el que se lleva a cabo la definitiva transferencia de las figuras.Procedure to decorate metal profiles.
