Abstract

Horno perfeccionado para la elaboración de pan, productos de bollería y similares.
Comprende un habitáculo en cuyo interior se disponen medios (1) de aporte de calor a un fluido térmico que cede calor al producto a hornear. Incluye una zona inferior (2) adaptada para el alojamiento de por lo menos un carro portabandejas (3, 4) a la cual se accede mediante una puerta frontal (5); y una zona superior (8) provista de una pluralidad de cámaras (9) a las que se tiene acceso mediante unas aberturas (10) formadas en la pared frontal (11) de dicho habitáculo en correspondencia con dichas cámaras (9). Las aberturas (10) incluyen respectivas compuertas abatibles (12) adaptadas para permitir la entrada de pan en el horno desde un cargador y dichas cámaras (12) de la zona superior son independientes y estancas entre sí.
